* All specially and reduced-priced accommodation is provided to American Airlines (and subsidiary carriers) employees (including retirees), by Staff Travel Voyage (STV), a global company providing reduced-rate accommodation to airline employees resident globally. Staff Travel Voyage Limited (and agent Staff Travel Ltd) is an international fully incorporated company, registered in 2014 with registration number 154936. * AA and subsidiary airline employees must be registered with STV (Free) in their name, to book and receive reduced rate accommodation from STV. You can register above or click here.

* A maximum of 1 room may be booked per AA employee (unless otherwise stated) and the AA employee must be present in the room for the full duration of the stay and be able to present adequate proof of employment upon check-in.

* American Airlines has no contractual obligations with STV and accepts no responsibility for any services or accommodation that may be booked by its employees with STV

* FRIENDS & FAMILY: Friends and Family of AA Employees may also register with STV for STV Direct reduced price accommodation (not STV Super Specials). AA Friends & Family can simply register using the Friends & Family prompt on our home page.
