Eligibility

• Travel Agents
• Active airline employees
• Retired airline employees and retired cargo airline pilots are eligible to book one suite provided the airline is still in operation (e.g. retired employees of Pan American Airways do not qualify). 
• Pilots who are currently employed with a domestic or international cargo airline, such as Federal Express, DHL Worldwide Express, Astar Air Cargo, or United Parcel Services (UPS), are eligible to book one suite. 
• Hotel employees
• The spouse, domestic partner, parents, parents-in-law, and dependent children of an interline employee guest may book one suite if the interline employee guest is not traveling. 
• Widows/widowers of deceased airline employees/retirees with flight benefits.  
• A maximum of 2 suites can be booked per eligible guest, per journey date if the above qualifications are met. A 3rd suite may be booked if the third suite is occupied by dependent children

How to Book Your Cruise in 3 Easy Steps

STEP 1- Find and Book
Simply hit Click to Read More and See Rates for your chosen cruise line and deal. Reserve your chosen cruise and cabin/s in the online booking system.  

STEP 2 - Proof Of Eligibility
You will be contacted by a cruise agent by email to provide a copy of your Travel Industry/Airline ID or a letter of employment to prove your employment and eligibility.
Your booking will not be able to be processed without this information so please ensure you have it available.

STEP 3 - Payment
Once your eligibility has been approved you need to provide payment details for the deposit or full payment of your cruise depending on your departure date. 
Your option will be confirmed once payment has been taken by your chosen cruise line in EUR or USD as specified. 
If proof of eligibility and payment is not provided your booking will be automatically released. 

Confirmation: Instant confirmation is available for many cruises. Some cruise lines are on a request basis for which you will be emailed a booking option.
