Situated just 29 km north of the coast of Venezuela, Aruba is a small island that is part of the Dutch Islands, often called Netherlands Antilles. Despite it being a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, it has full autonomy in most matters. 

Getting there is easy, as you can take direct flights from major North American and European cities, or take a cruise with a southern Caribbean itinerary. Once there, you will find friendly people, reliable transportation, safe drinking water, right-hand side driving and many of the comforts of home.
