What do these rates mean?

* STV Super Specials are STV's usual SUPER Discounted Special rates, GENUINELY and STRICTLY ONLY available for TRAVEL INDUSTRY Employees resident globally, and are classified as an Employee Benefit. (Available to Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, ATC & Airport Handling Agent Employees)

* You must be a Travel Industry Employee and you must be registered with STV (Free) to be able to book our STV Super Special rates.

* Minimum one Travel Industry Employee per room. You are required to present your I.D. / proof of employment on check-in.

* There is no limit to the number of bookings per year you can book (unless stated otherwise)

* Friends and Family cannot book STV Super Special Rates. They can accompany you but must stay in the same room as you (some hotels permit an extra room for Friends & Family and if so this will be stated on the hotel page, but you must always be included in the booking and be staying at the hotel).

* PAYMENT & CANCELLATION: With STV Super Special rates you only need to pay a very small refundable deposit within 14 days of making your booking, or right away if travelling short notice, and the main balance of the booking is paid direct to the hotel, usually on check-in. It is FREE to cancel or amend dates for your booking, often right up to and including the day of check-in, making these rates great for standby travelers (see each hotels payment & cancellation terms). When you make a booking request with STV Super Special rates and it is confirmed, you do not need to go ahead with the booking and can cancel immediately without paying a deposit if you wish.

* Remember STV Super Special Rates are only available for Airline & Travel Industry Employees as an employee benefit and are the lowest rates you will ever find.

* True Airline & Travel Industry Employee rates are known as ON REQUEST. This means you choose your hotel and Super Special rate and submit your booking request through our website and you will receive a response back from the hotel as soon as possible. Because the rate is so highly discounted, the hotel 1st needs to check if they have enough spare rooms to agree to let you pay these exclusive Travel Industry Employee rates. The hotels will often reply to you the same day but be prepared to wait up to 24-48 hours ~ It's worth it!

Being a complete resort, the Bali Dynasty boasts a choice of 6 restaurants to enjoy. Each has its own individual theme and caters for different budgets from fine dining to casual dining with a variety of entertainment options. Choose from Chinese, Irish,  Italian, Western and Asian, Indian, al fresco beside the pool or in air-conditioned comfort. There's so much variety and the meals are such good value that you won't ever feel a need to leave the resort! SEN5ES
Wake up to a hearty buffet breakfast with all your home favourites. Served daily from 6.00am till 10.30am for guests staying in Deluxe Rooms and Deluxe Pool View Rooms. In addition to the extensive dish, SEN5ES also provides two types of Indian delicacies daily, from masala tea to other famous Indian cuisine.

H2O
Open for breakfast, lunch, and nightly themed buffets with entertainment, the central poolside location and chic design of this semi-open-air restaurant and bar, makes H2O a social hub and the Resort’s ‘in place’ for poolside cocktails, hearty international fare, and fun!

Golden Lotus (Chinese Cuisine)
Considered by many as the Best Chinese Restaurant in Bali. Enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine prepared by our Chefs.

Gracie Kelly's (Irish Pub)
Gracie Kelly's, Bali's first and only Original Irish Pub is open daily from 11.00 am until late, serving a la carte dinner. Traditional wholesome cooked food served from Gracie's Kitchen. Specialities include Beef and Guinness Pie, Mammy Kelly's Fish and Chips, and to finish - Hot Sticky Date Pudding.

The Upper Deck @H2O
The Upper Deck at H2O seats up to 85 guests and is open daily from 4pm till 10pm, offering the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail, with views over the Resort and glimpses of the ocean. A ‘no-kids’ zone – except at private parties, this versatile venue is furnished with a stylish collection of tables and chairs, bar seats, lounge chairs and cushioned sofas, and flanked by a pair of conical-roofed gazebos, each of which holds 14 guests for a private dinner party or barbeque. Romantic candlelit dinners take place at tables under white and gold Balinese parasols. The entire upper deck can be rented for private events including wedding receptions and parties

Café Piazza
Watch the world go by in the Cafe Piazza. Coose from a tempting display of freshly baked Pastries, Cakes, sandwiches and wraps. The fan-cooled lounge area with its deeply-cushioned cane sofas and chairs provides a comfortable space to relax and enjoy am afternoon tea or a specialty coffee prepared by a qualified barista.  Alternatively, a fresh juice might be the beverage of choice on the extended wooden terrace or one of the Balés with views over the Balinese ponds and stone-carved watersprouts.

Queen's of India
The Queen's of India Restaurant is open daily from 11 am - 10 pm. Room Service is also available during these times through the hotel's room service menu.

Sunset Bar
What better way to finish your day or start your evening than by having a drink at the Sunset Bar. Sample some of the famous cocktails! 

Sunken Bar
The Swim-up Pool Bar is open daily from 10 am till 9.30 pm

D Lounge
​The D Lounge boasts large comfortable sofas in which to relax and watch the goings on in the lobby; it also offers free wireless internet access and is a good spot to enjoy a sundowner cocktail or a night cap. The chic cocktail bar is open daily from 11am until 11pm and features a modern white onyx bar which, as the sun sets, has special lighting effects that make it gradually change colour, creating a great atmosphere. The central feature of the D Lounge is the grand piano.
