Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The Free prize draw is open to all airline and travel agency employees (including retired) that register free with Staff Travel Voyage before 15 December 2018 and that share news of us on Facebook and/or Twitter and Instagram to fellow airline/travel industry staff. Multiple free entry will be given for multiple friend sharing
Please do not share with finds/colleagues not employed by and airline or travel agency/tour operator
The winner may take one companion/spouse with them, also for FREE.
The prize is for 5 nights/6 days on an a Full Board basis for 2 people at Kandima Resort Maldives, including return domestic flight transfers Male to Dhaalu Atol and speedboat transfers to the resort.
Extra nights are available if desired at the special Staff Travel Voyage industry Staff rate. Children may accompany the winner if desired at special rates on request.
The prize may be taken anytime up to 30 June 2019 and is subject to availability at the time requested (may not be available during peak season months) 
No cash alternative for the prize. The winner will be randomly selected from all registrations received. 
The winner will be notified by email/telephone and their name will posted on this webpage on the 16 August 2018
The winner may be required to partake in a photograph at the resort by the hotel and details of the win may be used for marketing purposes by the hotel and/or Staff Travel Voyage.
The winner is responsible for insuring they hold the correct passport and visa requirements/validity for entering the Maldives
The winner is responsible for their own travel and medical insurance.
By taking part in this prize draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Data Protection: Information required at registration includes only basic contact details and confirmation of employment within the airline travel agency industry, their position and their holiday preferences. This information is simply required to enable us to contact the staff about any bookings they may make with Staff Travel Voyage, and for us to advise the Accommodation supplier at the time of the booking request who the employee works for before they confirm the booking request.
