Yacu Amu Experiences is a Quito-based tour operator founded by Australian Steve Nomchong in 1996. Now celebrating our 17th year of operations we bring a combined experience of many more years of worldwide travel and guiding experience to enabling you to entrust your valuable clients to us with confidence.

Our unique service philosophy. What we do differently.

When you work with Yacu Amu Experiences you receive superior service because of the uncommon way we do things. One person, what we call a Customer Experience Coordinator, deals with each reservation from initial enquiry, through confirmation, invoicing, operations and all the other little details. You won't deal with the reservations department one day, operations the next, and another day with accounts while trying to organize a single reservation.
