Terms & Conditions

** Strictly ONLY available to employees of travel agencies/tour operators and airlines (with employment Identification I.D.) who may bring one companion/spouse with them. (retired staff eligible)

** The price of $255 per person is for 3 nights/4 days at the Adaaran Club Rannalhi Maldives (not per night!) and the other inclusions as stated above. You can extend your stay before or after for a special rate (to be advised prior to the closing date for the event)

** You can also extend your stay before or after the event at the Atlantis, The Palm 5* hotel in Dubai for a very special rate (to be confirmed)

** Where an STV arrangement is made for specially priced or free of charge confirmed air tickets, this will be announced on this page as soon as they are confirmed, and by email to all successful applicants on the 11 January 2021.

** Successful applicants will be very strictly required to present their proof of employment between 11-15 November 2021 for verification, and again on check in at the resort. 

** Before registering for the Maldives vacation, applicants must first be registered with Staff Travel Voyage for discounted hotel accommodation globally. Click Here to register FREE if you are not already registered with us (or click on the banner above), you can then login to STV and register for the Maldives vacation!

** Please submit your application by clicking on 2. above. Strictly only 1 room per application (2 people)

** Closing date for applications is 10 January 2021. Successful applicants will be shown on this page on the 11 January 2021 and will also be notifed the same day by email. You will need to reconfirm your participation by the 12 January 2021 latest. 

** Please do not contact us to see if you have been successful, please check this page for the list of the successful applicants (randomly chosen) on the 11 January 2021. 

** If you are successful on the 10 January 2021 you do not have to go ahead with the event and can cancel your application by the 11 January 2021 at no charge, whereby the next randomly chosen applicant will take your place. NOTHING TO LOSE, APPLY NOW!

** A 25% per person deposit will then be payable by the successful applicants by 15 January 2021 

** The final balance will then be due by the 04 May 2021, 2 weeks before arrival. 

** Once paid, the deposit and final balance are non refundable (subject standby/bump insurance, see below), however both the deposit and final balance will be fully refundable if for any reason the event cannot take place due to any reoccurring problems with Covid19 or you cannot reach the Maldives due flight or country of residency Covid19 restrictions. In such an instance the event would most likely be postponed. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to accept the date change or cancel and obtain a full refund.

** The room type allocated is strictly at the discretion of the Adaaran Club Rannalhi resort and is on an All Inclusive basis. 23.2% hotel taxes & service charges are INCLUDED in the price! however a mandatory government environmental green tax of just $6 per person per night is payable locally

** Tandem skydiving (no experience necessary) places may be limited and will be on a first come first served basis. You can indicate if you wish to arrive at the resort via a tandem skydive after you have been notified of your successful application on the 01 November 2020. If numbers are restricted then those that have submitted their initial application first will be given preference...so submit your application fast!

** Successful applicants may opt out of being filmed for television if they wish. You can advise us of this in writing prior to the vacation (09-12 December 2020).

** At this time, the Maldives accommodation on an All Inclusive basis, free transfers, free seaplane rides, Atlantis the Palm stay are all finalized. STV are currently concluding discussions with the other sponsors in respect to exact details for their services, and these will be provided to the successful participants on the 01 November 2020.

** In the event flights do not become available from STV, it is advisable not to travel standby where possible, unless you are sure you can get on the flight! For those that do decide to travel standby, you can take out our standby/bump protection travel insurance policy, which, as well as medical benefits, lost baggage, money etc, also covers you for a full refund of your money if you are offload from your flight due to it being fully booked on the day.
