Located next to the main reception area at Pacific Resort Rarotonga, the Nail Lounge offers express manicures & pedicures, as well as nail art and spa manicures and pedicures.

Kitesurfing
Both Rarotonga and Aitutaki are considered amongst the best kiteboarding locations in the world, offering up perfect conditions for kite lessons. For lessons, boat transfers and rentals to the kiteboarding public, visit local IKO Certified operator KiteSUP in Rarotonga or Aitutaki Kite School in Aitutaki.

The trade winds passing through the Cook Islands between May to October, combined with the passing low pressure systems in the tropical belt, make for perfect kitesurfing conditions for all skill levels.

The crystal clear warm water and steady winds make Aitutaki lagoon a kiteboarder’s paradise. Conditions are suitable for any skill level, but some of the best kitesurfing in Aitutaki requires a boat transfer to nearby sandbars of Honeymoon Island and One Foot Island.

The Honeymoon Island sandbar provides an easy and safe environment to learn kitesurfing, while also catering to kiteboarders looking to improve their aerial skills.

Beach hut and kid’s club
The Beach Hut offers daily scheduled activities ranging from coconut cream demonstrations to crab races for guests to enjoy. Feel free to lounge in our comfortable bean bag chairs on the beach or take out a kayak to snorkel the lagoon. The Beach Hut has all the equipment you’d need for a fun-filled day out on the beach.

The popular Kids Club program offers a range of interactive cultural and beach focused activities, such as traditional dancing, coconut husking, basket weaving and making floral head eis. 

The program is designed for children aged 6 to 12 years, however children under 6 years are welcome to join in with supervision from a parent or child carer. Another fun option for children is to have a splash in the kids pool!

Lagoon cruise
Come on an adventure exploring the Muri Lagoon conservation site, thriving with various marine species including giant clams and giant trevally. You will be free to swim and snorkel or observe the view from the comfort onboard.

The Snorkelling Cruise gives you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the pristine Muri lagoon. Explore the protected marine park and discover an incredible variety of marine species and coral life. 

Wine & Dine at Pacific Resort Rarotonga

Sandals Restaurant is the main dining facility at Pacific Resort Rarotonga and serves Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu is a combination of Pacific Rim recipes using a varied selection of seafood, fresh vegetables, tropical fruits and fresh herbs.

The Barefoot Bar encompasses the outside courtyard and on the beach marquee, a perfect option of dining on the beachfront with the gorgeous views of Muri Lagoon and her Motus. 

The bar offers a variety of local and imported beverages, daily cocktails and an all day menu selection is available daily. Don’t miss Happy Hour and Moon Light Happy Hour for great prices in house wines, beers and spirits, as well as a daily cocktail special. 

Room Service is always available for an option to have a private relaxed night in, and can also be delivered to the pool area during the service hours.
